About the client

N3J is a company created by my Aunt Jessica and her husband, my Uncle Noel. They started selling Filipino delicacies to friends and family right from their home during the global shutdown of COVID-19. They decided to expand by providing handcrafted food for small to medium businesses in the surrounding Ottawa, Ontario area.

the process and concepts

I found that collaborating with my Aunt and Uncle into the decision making process for each stage created an expedited experience to the final design. The concepts were meant to give an impression that N3J is a trusted and established company with a friendly presence.

Through many iterations of a few concepts, a handwritten element within the logo remained a preferred component to highlight N3J's value of producing natural, handcrafted foods.

N3J has created their social media accounts, proudly showcasing their logo. N3J has printed a retractable banner and aprons with the use of the logo to keep up branding consistency. N3J continues their reputation, in person and on online, as a reliable and distinguished food provider within the Ottawa community.
